When is everybody going to learn that VZW does not give a s**t about our complaints. I's a damn software problem and has always been. They make no $$ by correcting this. I never had a problem with the BT till v04. It took them till v07 on the 8100 to correct the volume problem and my camera still has a delay. Do you really think thay care. They have lost several class action suits over the past few years, but yet they still f**k with the phones. What does that tell you. Ask around and see if other people using Cingular, T-Mobile, Sprint have this problem. I have started doing so and found most people are not using VZW and don't have this problem.
