Greetings,
I have several contacts set up that have a common work number, then a pause, then their extension numbers.
I also have a single contact under the business name that has the main number with no pause, no extensions.
In other words, my contacts list includes
WORK 234-567-8901
CYRUS 234-567-8901 W 1111
JIMBO 234-567-8901 W 2222

OK, first you need to understand that it searches through your contact list alphabetically. With that being understood, your list returns Cyrus first, Jimbo second, and work 3rd.

Ok, tired that. I changed the name from "work" to "company." (I don't want this one at the top of my list, but if I ever get a new fiance I'll use your suggestion for a space. 🙂 )

Anyway, it didn't work. It still shows Cyrus first! Bah! Humbug!

So I still have my initial problem. 😕
