How to put full length movies on phone
Get a video encoder, (like ImTOO MPEG Encoder) and take any movie you have and convert to either .3GP, .3G2. or .MP4. Do NOT make the resolution any bigger than 320x240 or the video won't play.
Here are some problems I've encountered. Although movies at 320x240 resolution will play, they skip too much. I've used bitrates at about 1300kbps and if I go too much lower, there are too many artifacts in the video. I did get 176x144 to play smoothly at around a 1300kbps bitrate, but since the video had to be stretched, it was a little blurry.
I'm having trouble finding a happy medium with good enough quality to enjoy watching a movie but bad enough to actually play smoothly. If anyone would help me undertake this project of figuring out ...
