Anyone know if you can add bluetooth to some phones? My friend has a nextel i860 and the rep who sold him the phone told him that all he would have to do is download the app. He would have to pay for this of course, but is it possible? I thought bluetooth involved hardware not just software. 😈

Just software will not work, unless the phone was crippled, and a new firmware is used to enable already existing features. Your friend may be interested in this Bluetooth converter:
