LG CU500
Update to my Review - 3 weeks after purchase
Honestly, the dealbreaker on this phone is that there is no voice dial. I just want to be able to dial the phone through a bluetooth headset while driving my manual car in stop-and-go traffic on the way to work and back. I cannot believe that such a "high-tech" phone would not have this feature, and in fact if it did, I probably would have continued dropping $20/month for data as well.
(continues)
"Hi ma'am what carrier do you have?"
"I have Motorola"
"No no, what cell phone company do you pay your bills to?"
"OHHH... cellular."
"You mean Cingular?"
"Yes, Cingulair."
BTW, the RAZR has given me no problems yet, but to be honest I'm still waiting for my BT headset for final judgement.
my girl has this phone, paid the 20 for the first month, didnt use it worth poo.. so decided to take it off, and still uses the phone just doesnt go on the web.
she got an SK3 for that.
just FYI
* The keypad will stop working
* Dust will get under the screen
* You'll get an error message that says "Insert Sim Card"
* You will drop and miss numerous calls
* Your screen will freeze
* You will need to purchase a new battery within 3 months
* You will be calling the manufacturers warranty at least 8 times within the first year.
Here's the Manufacturer's Warranty Number
1-800-331-0500...you may want to put it on speed dial since you now have the razor.
