my replacement sidekick 3 has a previously saved user and i cant acces data services
ok well let me start by saying i just recieved my replacement sidekick 3 in the mail. i pop in my sim card, battery and turn it on. well it asked me to log in to my sidekick with an account called "bichngo" and it does not let me switch the user to my previous user name. i have tried everything and nothing. i called tmobile and they said theyre tool was down or something and for me to call another day. well i just wanted to know if i am the only one who has encountered this or in you have any tips. it would help alot. thanks.

Try this out and I hope it works out for you
1. Hard reset your sidekick --> (turn it off and take the battery out, wait 30 seconds and then put the battery back in and turn it back on)
2. Press all at the same time "menu button" + shift button + x --> this deletes the flash memory.
3. Press all at the same time "menu button" + shift button + r --> this deletes the sign in settings
4. Next press all at the same time the @ button + 1 + the number 0 --> this is a master reset (when the screen goes blank you're going to need to hold the r button while the "jump" symbol appears until all four of Danger's symbols scroll across the screen.)
Having the wrong sign-in still programmed to a phone is a common problem with refurbished ph...
