Bluetooth & E-mail push questions

I got my Sidekick 3 and overall I love it, the ringer is on the quiet side (I have missed some calls) but I can live with that. I'm having two more serious problems though and I'm wondering if anyone else is or if anyone has any ideas:

- The Bluetooth works in my Lexus, but not very well. I'll get a call and the Lexus will pop up showing an incoming call, I'll answer and it will work fine. Five minutes later I'll get another call that the Lexus just doesn't see at all and I'll have to answer on the phone and use the phone even though the two seem to be paired fine. Also, it seems like 50/50 when I make a call from the phone as to whether it gets piped through to the Lexus. Anyone else having similar issues or any suggestions to improve this? I'm wondering if this stems from Danger using Bluetooth 1.2 instead of 2.0 (and I cannot image why they did that, I'm praying that they can update it with an OTA update).

- I setup a POP account and I can do a Top-Left button + U to have the device go fetch my POP mail. It's also supposed to check that account every 15 minutes, but in my case it seems to check like once every 12 hours. I'm working with TMobile (so far 4 phone calls and no resolution) on this, am I the only one?

Thanks!
J

Well not everyone has a Lexus so it could just be either device disconnecting after a certain amount of time thinking you don't need the open connection anymore. As for the Email problem, it is a software issue and has to fixed with a update, and hopefully they update it soon.

Thanks. I realize that not everyone has a Lexus, but there are a few of them on the road and probably a few of those owners out there have Sidekick 3's, so I was hoping one might stumble on my post and share his or her experiences with me.

re: the connection - it's not a time out, the connection is intermittent - so it may work on one call, not on the next, and then on the third it works.

re: the e-mail thing, is everyone having the same problem? If so then yes it's an OTA kind of solution, I assumed that everyone else who setup a POP server was getting e-mails delivered to the device automatically every 15 minutes as the device is advertised to work?

Thanks,
J
