Motorola v60i (TDMA) / v60ti
Disappointed to say the least!
I have been using the V60 and now the V60i for the last two years. This phone was the best phone that AT&T had to offer. I would suggest that anyone interested in the V60, buy something else.
I have replaced the V60 twice before I was sent the V60i. For a while the service was much much better then I had experienced from Cingular.
Two months ago I snapped the antennae off. I call AT&T. i was informed that they do not warranty the phones, I was told to call Motorola. Motorola told me to send the phone back to them. Return eta: SEVEN Day. I use my phone for business...... Out of the question!!!!! I was given the name of the authorized repair dealers. Repair cost $31.00.
After the antennae was repaired I started experiencing DROP CALLS........ All the time in the same area.... Very annoying! After very annoying, cal AT&T to complain.
Pros:
Small, fits into your coat of pants pocket,
Cons:
Hard to read the LED's
Drop Calls
Shorter battery life then Nokia
Bad Customer service
Antenea breaks.
If you want my opinion, you are able to get a better phone with more function and capabilities, more user friendly for less!
