Battery sucks

I had Verizon send me a new phone because the battery was bad so I thought it might be the phone, well the new one sucks too. I have tried every thing to help get more life from it but nothing works. 🤭

What version software are you using? Some people say 03 is the problem. Mine is 04 and I can get almost 4 days out of it.

Menu - Settings & Tools - phone info - SW Version

basically version 04 is the one with speaker phone
