Bluescreen error and album art

Hey guys, has anyone had their phone go into a blue screen that says lgvx9900 and then you have to take the battery out for it to go away? I get this when syncing my phone and sometimes when I play songs.

And is anyone else having problems with getting the album art to show sometimes and sometimes not? Or not all album art showing?

i get it sometimes when i am playing a game on my phone. It is annoying but i just live with it. The past 4 phones i have had have locked up somewhere doing something so i have come to accept it.

Thanks, I have also had problems before with my other phones. I think the main culprit is bitpim, but oh well. Thats what I have to deal with for free tones. I just wish my album art would show up again. I've tried syncing with WMP 10 nothing, then WMP 11 nothing either. Songs do show up but no album art.

You have to update the album info with WMP and make sure the album art shows when you play the track in windows. If done properly, when you sync your music, the art will show up. I have had more success with WMP10 than WMP11 with the 9900 displaying album after music "sync" 😁
Yes, the vx9900 blue-screen of death. Has nothing to do with BitPim. I got that screen several times playing games (massive snowboarding) before I ever plugged my phone into the data cable and BitPim. 👀

Even when I had WMP10 and the album art does show on the computer, I still had issues off and on. Oh well I am going to try to remove everything in my library and put it back in there and try adding the songs individually into the sync section instead of a sync playlist that I had saved previously. I know I had issues with Bitpim with my V before but its was when I turned off the phone but still worth it so I don't have to pay for ringtones.
