Setting phone to "HOME AREA ONLY" (Disable Roaming)

Hi I just got the enV and I am looking for the option where you're able to set your service area and can't seem to find it.
Every other phone I've had has had the option to set the phone to either "home area only", "roaming only" or "whichever signal is stronger" or similar options. It's usually under the tools/setup and then "phone options" however I do not see any such option on the phone nor have I found one in the manual.
Does anyone know how to change this setting on the enV? Thanks

Open the phone
Press the "OK" key.
Press "0"
Press "Zero" 6 times for the service code.
Select "3. Roam Preferences"
Here you can select "Any" "Home Only" or "Affiliated"
Hope this helps! 👀
ps, Be careful in the service menu, you could screw up your phone if you don't know what you are doing in there. 😲 Good Luck!

hey Dub, by using this setting you will cut off all extended network towers that are included in your national coverage. The phone will only read Verizon owned towers and you may even have trouble pulling some of those if you leave your own area since some markets are A and some are B(not sure how this would affect it) So I would suggest you use it sparingly and know how to set it back if you are traveling inside the us.
