Verizon Backup Assistant
I have backup assistant on my LG ENV. Backup assistant will not sync with my phone automatically. It does not alert me to open my phone to activate the sync. (as it did with my Motorola E815) I have it set to sync every afternoon and it does not occur. I can sync it manually- from phone to b/u assistant. If i change something in the phone book online & try to send from b/u assistant to my phone it does not work. Any suggestions? Is this a known issue? Thanks.

I dont have a problem have you tried clearing out all your contacts from the phone then cancle your subscription an reinstall it and run it. this may work.

Yeah i'd also suggest re-installing the Backup Assistant application and seeing if that works. If not, then try to change up the syunching times and days and amybe that'll switch something up a bit.

The "auto-sync" feature can Only be enabled/disabled online... You are able to set/change the time it backs up on a daily use on the phone it self.
So i assume it was diabled sometime on the website... vzw.com/backupassistant
If it shows its enabled there, do like carfanatic2 said, remove the application from the phone and re-download it.( DO NOT delete contacts from phone)
If that doesnt fix it, call Data Support @ 611 and have them file a troule ticket.
