Are you using a microSD memory card at all?
Simply transferring music (.mp3, not .aac) videos (.3gp, .mp4, .3g2, not .avi, .mov, or .mpg), and pictures (.gif, .jpg) on and off the card is the easiest way. You can't "sync" the phone with iTunes or anything, and most of the music that you get with iTunes won't play on the 9900 without some conversion. 😕
But, if you wanted to get pictures/video/music off of the phone and you didn't have a memory card:
You can connect your phone to your mac with a USB data cable or through a BlueTooth serial connection and use a program called BitPim.

But, as I said earlier, your iTunes files may have to be converted to work on the phone. Just convert your songs to non-copy-protected (non-DRM) .mp3 files, and drop them into the "my_music" folder on the card (songs only, no folders or subfolders). When you put the card back into the phone, they should show up when you use the music player on the phone. 😎
