No sound/volume/speakerphone
I just started having a problem with my phone. Basically, you can hear the power-on/power-off sound (with the animation), but nothing else can be heard. Do they look like new or do they have cosmetic defects at all - or anything that would indicate that it was not new? Or do they work/look just like a new phone?
Also, if there are any problems, will VZW will uphold the wa...

Usually the refurbs are in great condition, and look and feel brand new. If you have another problem with the refurb down the line, they will exchange that too. Actually, you can keep exchanging your phone as many times as you want in the first year, provided you have a valid "performance-based" reason for returning it, not just "it doesn't LOOK new anymore" âšī¸
So, when they hand you your replacement phone, take a second to look it over for cosmetic defects, and if you are not satisfied, have them get you one that looks new before they start transferring data over to it.
Also, you may want to write dow...

thanks for the info. I didn't realize that the txts don't transfer, so I'll definitely back that up first - thanks for the heads up!
