Camera Zoom Broken?
Just picked this phone up for my wife today as she was due for an upgrade.
She likes the phone a lot, but I think I may have found a problem.
The camera zoom does not work. I RTFM'd the VZ manual and even dl'd one from the LG site. Neither the Navigation button nor the top/side volume button change the zoom as the manuals say they should.
SW version is T99VZV01. Even did a *228 / 1 to see if the SW ver would update - no-go.
Am I missing some secret way to get this thing to work or is her phone broken?

check your resolution. 2.0mp doesn't have zoom. set it to 1.3mp. hope this helps.

Of course there is nothing in any of the manuals to tell you this. WTF, why be able to zoom at the lower res and not the top 2mp - which is a main selling point?
Zoom is pretty lame anyway so I'm sure my wife will just set it to the 2mp.
