LG VX-8600 / AX-8600

the main buttons on the inside of the phone (the keypad and the menu navigation buttons) are regular. The play, skip and rewind buttons on the front are touch sensitive. Basically the same as the krzr.

from what i heard at another forum, the buttons are flat and have a clicking feeling when pressed. Hope that helps

Was thinking of getting the vx8300, was waiting till Nov.26th when the current price promotion goes off (to see what it goes down to) and now I see the vx8600 will be out. But the buttons really worry me about the vx8600 (from what I have read). I have the moto razr and what bothers me more than even the horrible battery life, is the keypad. When I first got the razr I thought the flat pad was really neat till when I used the phone more and more the keypad became less and less responsive and when I pressed one button the one above it came up. I changed the phone once and after awhile it happened again. I hate the razr and it is the first phone I have had that I really did not like - which is why I am going to change - my one year contrac...
