How do you access this page? On the "my account" page when I click 'upgrade phone' it says due to my previous billing history, discounts cannot be shown... I know I am not eligable for an upgrade. How do I purchase the phone through the retail price system? When I just click phones, it only shows phones if you want to buy them with a contract.

There is a drop down box above the price column on this page when you get to it. You can chose 2-yr, 1-yr and i think the wording is "no discount" ... I could be wrong, but there is an option to see full retail.
