charging
I got my phone just a few days ago and I'm having trouble with charging. First of all, when I plug in the adapter into the wall outlet, I hear this extremely annoying high-pitch noise. Not only that, but I can't get my phone to charge (on or off). Does anyone have any ideas?

i got my phone last week and i love it But my problem is i let the phone charge like i was suppose to and then let the battery die but everytime i charge my phone it never charges to a full battery it always says 3 bars charged instead of 4. The battery charged sign comes up though. Does anyone know the deal, do i need a new battery??
