
LG VX-8600 / AX-8600
8600 or Razr v3m
I thought I had my decision made. I am looking to get a new phone QUICK and was really liking the LG 8600. I saw someone with a RAZR the other day and really liked it. I don't know if they had a newer version or not. Is there any newer version for Verizon other than the V3M? If so, what is the difference.
SO, my main question is:
Any opinions on which is better? I like the UI on the LG 8600 better ,but really like Motorola phones and already have the accessories...chargers, etc. for Motorola. HOWEVER, if the 8600 is far and beyond better, please say so! I want to make the right decision.

Just how horrible is the battery on the razr? I mean talk time from a full charge, how long?
I went to two different Verizon stores today and all of the sales reps said DON'T buy the Rzr because of the battery. The LG 8600 they recommended as long as I wasn't going to be interested in the speakerphone. My big problem now with the LG is that I have all of the chargers and such for the Motorola but will have to buy the stuff for the LG. PLUS, boy does that phone look a mess when it's touched! I'll be it scratches easily. Any ideas on that one? I really like the phone. Wish it would go on sale!!!
I dont know about the scratching part, but I suppose it is like any other phone, it can be damaged. I have mine in the leather case, if you dont like leather cases, then that is a problem. I always say leather cases act as a protector for any phone. I also have the extended battery, with that and the leather case, you can hardly tell that there is an extended battery on there, and with the extended battery, I can get 4 to 5 hours of talk time out of i...
