Nice
Yesterday bought this phone for my teenaged daughter.
1. Nice screen.
2. Touchscreen was better then I expected.
3. Bright.
4. KB flips out nice.
Don't Like.
1. Plastic feel.

omg ( oh my god)
Im not going to list any pro are cons at first i wanted to give the phone a chance inspite of what evey one said about this phone. But its all TRUE the touch screen is horrible it freezes it does not respond you have to almost beat the phone to deaf to unfreeze it. The battery is horrible it does not stay charged up three hours more like three mins Now i love the menu and the menu options thats it .
Please listen to every ones reviews they are telling the truth this is the only website that tells the truth horrible phone thanks
Excellent Messaging Device
This is a extremely good phone as a first attempt at a dedicated messaging phone AT&T.
Advantages:
-Simple attractive design and choice of colors.
-Great screen resolution for the money.
-Fast, clear web browsing.
-In spite of only being a 1.3 mega-pixel camera, it captures decent images.
-The 3G MediaNET run great as well.
-The call reception is A1.
-It's multitasking capability is awesome.
-The menu key allows the opening and use of multiple applications without having to close others. (This works extremely well when you're checking text messages and browsing the web at the same time)
-Phone is very ergonomic in design and overall feel.
-The slide mechanism is sturdy, solid and flows with ease.
-There is NO DATA PACKAGE REQUIRED: (A big money saver!!!)
Disadvantages:
-The text messaging capability isn't threaded. (The threaded messaging feels more like AOL IM messaging; you see what you and your recipient have typed in the same window)
-The keyboard is hard to press on occasions.
-Ringers are satisfactory, and there doesn't seem to be an option to have your phone ring and vibrate.
-The size of the phone is great to hold and use with ease.
-Disappointed with no insurance for now.
-Great price after rebate as well as good quality service.
Overall, other carriers will have a tough time playing catch up. AT&T has really stepped up their customer offer.

Vibrate could be stronger.
Lack of ring tone choices.
1.3 MP Camera is not enough.
Big Battery
The price can get quite high is you don't buy a contract. I got it for $29.99 with a 2YR contract extension on NewEgg. Best price I could find. You can get it for $99.99 at AT&T and about $300 w/o contract and sometimes more on eBay unlocked. It's new though!
