Pay is adequate, probably a bit less than AT&T or Verizon. Benefits are great.

Most of the people here are either retail or call center, and they all will probably vouch that the hours are random. Scheduling is usually more flexible than a 9-5 grind job, but you lose weekends and most holidays.

You also have to put up with bureaucracy of the industry and company and be able to handle working with the public.
