I am really confused... US Cellular recently announce that their earnings are up, revenue is up, ARPU is up, and churn is down. These are all great achievements! These metrics demonstrate that USCC's plan is working - they can compete regionally against the national carriers and make some serious money doing it. Awesome!

Why then does USCC continue to cut compensation to both their direct and indirect sales channels?

I'm more impressed with this phone. Verizon is supposed to get it around Christmas. I wonder if it's going to be exclusive, and for how long. Casio just released a more basic version of the same phone. Maybe USCC can test that, or use Verizon as our testing ground.

So I called into Relations to find out if a cusotmer could stay on their old plan.. "They said sure.. No problem.. They are not required to migrate to the new plans.."

WHAT THE HECK?!?!

But it's true.. however.. as in agent.. AIM won't let us.. so we have to call in to PRC and to top it off.. PRC doesn't know that.. so you have to call into Relations and get it noted on the account and then call PRC...

Seriously.. Kill me now.. 😢
