Once again VZW takes top honors in 4 of 6 regions (5 if you count that we tied with quest in the west region)

thought quest got rid of their network? Or are they in the process of it?

The study is from data collected in sept-oct 06 & jan-feb 07. So to answer your question it could be the data from sept-oct 06 that was being used from the survey? Im not quite sure.

It did more than a year ago. They've been running as an MVNO on Sprint's network since 2005 which makes absolutely no sense, considering Sprint's network was rated poorly in the same region.

Qwest run's on Sprint's network!

You have found the wonderful hipocracy of this study.

When Quest can rate higher than their host network (they are a MVNO on using Sprint) something must be wrong. That is what you get with a survey instead of real test data.
