I have a question for reps working in indirect stores. Do you have the ability to remark a customer's account? Either in Netace or I2k/Vision? Reason im asking is because I have a customer that upgraded their phone last month, but said they returned it to the indirect store, I can see the old esn was re-assigned to the mtn, but cannot verify the phone was actually returned, if it was the customer deserves a contract back-date and their ne2 credit. Im hoping that I can just get somneone from that store to remark it was returned. Thanks in advance, any input is appreciated.

No matter how anyone wants to look at it or n it pick the iphone, its a huge gain for cingular and a big loss for verizon. The iphone is going to change the cell industry wether anyone here with verizon wants to admit it or not, that iphone is next generation cell phone for sure! If the iphone is anything like the ipod in terms of stability, ease of use, superior craftsmanship and reliability then watch out because there will be a lot of verizon customers jumping ship for this new phone that does it all! Yes verizon does have new phones and smart phones on the horizon but they are no comparison nor are they getting anywhere near the media attention of the iphone. It's just too bad verizon couldn't get there hands on this bad boy first!!!

I want something that will keep me entertained for hours and does not bore me 5 minutes after I start it up.

for all those phones that have memory slots, can we use the cards to put it into a PC so we can put sound files inside, then transfer it back to the phone base memory then use them as ringtones? i know tmobile is able to do this. i'm wondering if verizon can? thanks.

I have been told that there is a way to stop the incoming caller from hearing the beep when you are on a call. Is that true? If so how do I do it?

my friend has a treo 700p and wants to backup her contact. she sais that she doesn't see GET IT NOW. i used GET IT NOW to install the backup assiatnt on my samsung 950 and it worked great.
