Is it me or does E-services have the worst employees???

Credit Review has the worst employees. I think every one of them loathe there job. They are soooo rude and never willing to help even when it is something that there department does.

I actually had one of them yelling at me and speaking to me like a two year old because I canceled a credit application myself (this was when it didn't auto run for 5 lines on a family share plan and after I ran the app they wanted more phones). Any normal person would have assumed that hitting cancel would actually cancel the application but it didn't so when I ran it again it failed since there were two many lines out there. So the rep just reamed me and spoke to me like I was to dumb to understand how to wipe my own @$$. I asked to speak to his sup and fi...

Just curious... what area Credit Dept do you deal with?

Usually consumer accounts, not very often do I have to call in on business accounts. Beyond that all I know is it is prompt 2.

E-services is pretty bad, but I wouldn't say they're the worst. I'd say that most of (the current) AOL is worse.

Wow.. you guys must be unlucky. The AOL team is the indirect agent team as if you were to call COOS and hit prompt 3. They are always very nice and helpfull. Even Credit has been so easy to work with for us lately.

AOL (assumption of liability) dept is actually the credit/activation dept.
