For the experts our there...answer this?

I have the 6600 on verizon network...I have tried to work with Verizon for 4 days on this and here is the mystery issue.

I am on the pay as you go EDO, because I am traveling and will probably never use the service and under this plan they charge per minute...problem is with #777 string there is no disconnect option, so I set up my own connections like my Audiovox Thera with #19788 for express network and #762 for quick2net and then there is a disconnect...every 24 hours I get a text message saying "Your device settings were changed succesfully" then my connections get wiped on the pocket pc...if you try and readd those connections they say they are there but not visable in the connections screen, so you cannot chose a connection.

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, this not a technical issue. All Smartphones have this feature becuase the primary use of these phones is to connect to a companies intranet automatically to update any new email and/or it manages personal information. I apologize for not giving you the answer your looking for.

the last device that I had which was an audivox thera was not setup this way...I did find another workaround...thanks for the info

The Thera is not considered to be a New device. How did you work around the system?

Verizon doesn't charge per minute on the pay as you go evdo plan, its per kb.(.019 cents per kb)
