Question about the 30 Day Return Policy and Original Upgrade Date
Hey guys i had some interest in trying out the LG Versa phone with the 30 day policy, but an online chat rep told me i can return the phone within 30 days and get my refund and go back to my old phone, plan and my original upgrade date, another person who works for verizon confirmed this too. Which i wanted to ask two things about this, 1) Is this really true, you can return the device and everything goes back to default or will i really be stuck with the phone? Just cause i don't want to sacrifice my 100 credit in May but want to try out the Versa. 2) If i return the phone, will i have to pay a restocking fee for the phone? Thanks in advance.

You CAN return the phone in 30 days. It does reset your upgrade to what it would have been before the change. If you return the phone you will want to be sure your New Every Two credit returns to the proper level, and if it isn't it should be remarked on the account.
If you return the phone without swapping it for another new phone, there won't be a restocking fee. However, if you return it and do the upgrade within a few weeks, your upgrade will get a restocking fee on it, thanks to the tracking capabilities of the computer system.

OK so now the question is that i heard the enV Touch phone has some software issues that the Versa phone does not have any at all. Can someone confirm this?
Quite honestly i could care less about the weight in balance for the Versa phone i just care about having a keypad that works fine.
