A nice set of customers came in just now. Real nice, but clueless. They were looking for DSL service. After I explained that I am a wireless sales agent and do not handle DSL then came the million questions about DSL! To each question, "I am not real sure but if you were looking for Verizon Online DSL then here is the number you would want to call, they can answer your questions better then I could since I do not handle DSL." Then comes another question...and another...and another. After the 20 question game the customer finally said, "Oh, so you wouldn't be able to help us at all.
