verizon's text plans suck now......they're phones suck now.....plans suck, stores suck, everything about them sucks.....oh my god am i sick of hearing this...if you don't like them please just leave. i have a hard time believing that everything about them sucks, considering they add more business and lose less than anybody else out there. it sounds to me like all you people should apply to run the company, cause you sure know everything there is to know......well not really but you like to think so. so here, do us all a favor, stop complaing and leave if you dont like it. complaining will get you nowhere, cause no one wants to listen about things that can't be changed. i hope i persuaded some of you whiners to leave, and the others who are j...

More to the point, the people on this board certainly do not represent the clientele of Verizon Wireless. It's my experience that the vast majority of our customers use their phone primarily to make and receive calls and maybe use text messaging a little as well. They do not spend weeks kvetching over which phone to buy, and they most certainly do not post and read message boards.
In fact, it's my experience that most customer service-related issues we experience are due to someone not being properly informed about their service or forgetting about a particular policy or aspect of their price plan. If the house was in a good neighborhood yes i woudl stay, and if the bf/gf was excellent at making food, and great in bed, yes I would keep them, and despite the fact that Verizon has shoddy phones, limited capabilites, and makes new rules everyday, they have the best reception, so i keep it to. All about your priorities ppl, you want a good PHONE, then go w verizon, you want a good mp3 player, video camera, dvd player, sound track juke box, do my dishes if I ask nice enough, then maybe you need to go somewhere else.
BTW I was joking about the dishwashing, but I heard next quarter theres gonna be an upgrade flash that lets your phone do your laundry. 🤣
