For customers like yourself there is not a thing any Vzw rep could say that would 'soothe' your wounds over such a grievous display of raw power and abuse of customer trust. Did I sum up your thoughts on Vzw's choice to generalize the ui and restrict the bluetooth. You poor thing I hope you find what you 'need' at the other carrier.
On other notes why is there so many trolls on this forum. I came to phonescoop to help people out and alls I ever here is the same 5-6 people derailing any legit thread with their own petty issues.

ArmySf is a complete idiot. He goes to other carrier's forums and gets on their nerves too.

what fun does he have by getting on everyone's nerves. get a life dude! the forum is set up for just a few things, questions about service/phones and often times, a place to have reps relate to eachother and their jobs and make jokes about it. not to hear about what petty problems u have. if u have a real problem and need assistance, then maybe some of us reps can help u out. but if your just gonna whine about every aspect of your vzw phone/service, then i dont see why your still here. i agree with most...port your number out and see what else u may feel is better. u mite have an ETF but hey...u'll prolly get a free phone out of it. (u'll realize how good u had it after 6 months anyway)
