How does it work? On the phones there are 4 different options... I have a customer who needs it and I have no clue how to show him. Please Help!

So i recently purchased the U-740, when i say recent more like 3.5 months ago. I know that when you buy the phone you have 30 days to swap it out if you dont like it.

I ordered my phone and before i was able to receive it i had to deploy.

I had the phone sent to me so can play with it and try to get used to the phone. from what i can tell i dont know if i will be happy with the phone.

I still have not activated the phone, now does the 30 days start when i buy the phone or when i call to activate it.

If im stuck with the phone i will learn to live with it, at the same time it would be nice to swap it for one of the new phones verizon has out now.

any help will be nice, thank you all in advance

I went into my newly remodeled Verizon corporate store today to get my battery tested for my moto w385. This is the second w385 that I have had (the 1st froze up) and like the 4th battery between the two phones. Anywho the rep tested the battery and it was bad....so he replaced it no probs. but I asked him what was the deal I was sick of coming in with at Bad battery...and he said "we are not suppose to bash any particular manufacturer..." and I said let me guess you don't like Motos....he said...well if I were you I would get an LG......I tried to explain to him that where I live LGs do not provide adequate reception and drop calls like crazy....(even with the env) and that the only ones I have had luck with are the Motos.....I guess all...

We have been told different things as far as Premium Plans are concerned. We have been told that if a cutomer wants to be on a Premium Family Plan that every phone on the account must be on the Premium Plan as well. Now, we have also been told and in the pricing book as well as eroes shows that a customer may have a secondary line on a Select Plan while the main line and other secondary lines are on Premium Plans. What is the answer to this? Can customers have a mixture of Select and Premium Lines on a Family Share or must they all be on Premium Lines if the Primary Line is?

I know this is ridiculous but does anyone know if there is a way to get out of Verizon's 2 year contract? I am in love with the iPhone....thanks!

First let me say that I love the service that I get with VZW and the customer service is 1st class. I am in need of a new phone.
I live in a house that has really thick concrete walls (former military housing on a closed base) and a variety of phones have not worked for me in the past in my house. I was wondering which phones in the current line up have great to exceptional reception. That is my first and foremost requirement for the phone. I will buying this phone full retail as I am not eligible for an upgrade. Thank you in advance for any suggestions. 😁

Is the Razr v3m really as bad a some people say it is????never had much luck with LG but I have had good luck with Motos......

I just purchased the LG 8350. I use my phone as a pager with text messages, but cannot get it to function the way I need it to. Basically, I keep it on vibrate, and need it to pulse when a text is received until I respond to it. One quick pulse is not good enough. My old RAZR would at least pulse 4 times, but even that was less-than adequate.

It seems one can get just about any sound for a ringtone, but can I get a different vibration pattern?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Time to upgrade phone. I have an lg 8300 that was upgraded from a Moto E815 really miss that reception. Which phone should i get? price is the same. or should i rather get the lg 8700, razr max, voyager or venus? priority is reception, flip preffered, nice big screens decent camera & reliability.

i currently have a VX9900 and when im on AIM and send an instant message it pauses and says please wait....sending then sends the message. i was jsut wondering if it does this on the VX6800 or any other smartphone that verizon carries.

There is something up with the network in ohio, all you get is a ton of static and crackling in your ear when you call anyone other than a verizon cell phone? Customer service told me they are working on the issue and it was affecting all of ohio! Just wondering if anyone in here knows whats going on?

How do you (if you can) hard reset the VX9800? I dont just mean going to Settings/Systems/Reset Default
I did that and it doesn't erase stuff, just reset everything back to factory (display, sounds, etc.) I want to complete zap this phone like it was hit with an EMP! 😉

I want to buy a Blackberry of of eBay so I can get rid of my old phone, but can I just get the Blackberry activated and my old phone shut-off with no hassle? Or am I going to have to have to go through a bunch of crap? And the phone is still in my father's plan, so am I going to have to have him there as well?
