If I buy one of those get it now games that says "requires airtime for use" is it using voice or data? I have the $15 all u can eat data plan for my voyager. but daytime voice minutes eat up my minutes.

Can anyone tell me how to reset the phone? Getting ready to sell this one... just wondering if there was an easy way to get all of my contacts out of it, etc.?

Wow how unimpressed I am with this phone. I just got it and it is on the charger. But just from the initial feel, comparing it to the Tilt (which I have), this thing feels and looks like cheap junk. ☹️

I am sorry, the blue wrap around it, makes this thing look like a kid's toy.

The battery cover is as thin as a piece of paper.

The keyboard feels like bubble wrap about to pop.

I have a very difficult decision to make...do I stay with VZW just for the "free" in calling or do I dump them and switch to ATT, have an awesome phone, but pay for not able to use M2M minutes. 🙄 😢

Oh, sorry... I actually went an' counted, and VZW has actually released 16 new phones since late August, i.e. in the last three months.

Is there a way to block restricted calls on an XV6800?

I called VZW CS, and they said it could not be done on the account without blocking all inbound calls. The XV6800 was not out yet when I called them...it is my new phone as of two weeks ago.

I keep getting calls from a restricted number. No one says anything when I answer. If I answer or let it go to voice mail, all I hear is Spanish in the background. It is as though a Spanish-speaking person has me on speed dial.

My Spanish from 30 years ago in high school does me no good, because the background voices are too faint to tell what is being said. It sounds like a phone on a desk is calling me with no one intentionally doing it.

Just got my 6800 today. What would be the best way to get my contacts to it from my moto 815 (the best phone I have ever had to date). I know the 6800 does not have GIN and I do have all my contacts on back up assistant....any suggestions?

Has anyone else gotten spam text messages? My wife and I got one each yesterday. My daughter got one today as well as a couple co-workers. Did someone tap into the network to send mass spam text messages? It may not just be Verizon because another co-worker with Nextel got one at 3:30am today. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this. Never happened before.

so i ordered my voyager this past saturday. tuesday they said i wouldnt ge tit till the 15th. i leave that day for the bahamas. so they told me i could cancel the order and go to a store and do it. so i found a store an hour away that said they ahd three. i rushed there.
they only had 3 enVs.
well drove to every store in that city and drove another hour and a half to another city who siad they had one.
went in there and in the process of upgrading they said it takes 24 hours for the eorder to cancel.
well the store said they would hold it for me for 2 days.
went last night. i traveled an hour and a half to this city.
and it still gave them an error that the order wasnt canceled.
i called c.c. and they got it for me $100 cheaper an...

I recently got the Pearl so I am new to Blackberry. Are there new BB plans for non-business users? I thought it was $29.99. When I went to pay my bill on line today and there was a $44.99 charge on my account. I called 611 and was told that the only two BB plans are the unlimited for $44.99 and $24.99 for 10 MB. So what is the deal? Thank you in advance.

Hi I'm looking for some advice. I ugraded my phone and 2 year agreement just 37 days ago. Well, of all things I dropped my phone and it got run over by a car! I have no insurance, but they won't even sell me a new phone at the upgrade price! They are making me pay full retail. Is there anything I can do?

Lately when a text messege is sent upon the Verizon network, it shows as Text Read at XX:XX Time.
when lately I've noticed that some texts are not read for quite a few hours, Yet they still state having been read immediately?

Is this something common, or just a Recent glitch?
