AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So this guy looses his motorola 265 he purchased 6 months ago and comes in my store to buy a new phone. He wants the same model so I explain I could order him a mo276 in which is very similar and retail price would be low 200's. Guy flips out starts screaming how bad of a scam verizon is. I try to explain to him he received a discounted price when he sighned a contract, then he starts screaming cancell my contract. I saw sure they can do that their will be $175 cancel fee. He starts flippng out more. I try to explain the whole reason is to make up the cost of equipment they ate whne he received his last 200+ phon...

Whenever cust's rant like that to me on the phone, I just keep saying "I'm sorry you feel that way, is there anything else I can help you with today? No? Thank you for calling and have a great day!" Then I mute my phone. Of course if I were being monitored I'd fail the call, and get a good talkin' too from my Sup...but there's only so much ignorant sh*t a person can listen to without snapping. I can only imagine the horror of listening to it face-to-face. At least I can roll my eyes and keep reading my newspaper while the guy vents. 🙂

Yeah i just started typing on here while he was standing here yelling at me. On the way out the door As he screamed f up and this store I said in the an extremely nice voice"thabk you for stopping in and have a wonderful day" I am sure that helped his rage on the way to the car
