Same Customers Different issues

I got a call from a customer that knew he went over the minutes and wants "HELP" 😳 with the bill, he didn't want credit 😲 but help so we can lower his bill. Tell me how can I lower his bill? 😈

cheaper rate plan...im not sure if VZW can do payment plans on a bill...i dont think so but deff. a cheaper rate plan
