Looking for a new phone

I'm a new customus and I'm wondering which phone is nice and cheap. I'm not interested in those fancy features such as camera, just a phone with good signals.

Any advice will be so appreciated.

Many here will recommend the Nokia 3589i. It reputedly has the best RF of any phone in Verizon's current lineup. I myself have a 3585i (same basically, except for b&w screen) and it does have super reception. Inexpensive, too.
