ONLINE BILL????????/////

Can anyone here tell my why it takes so long for Cingular to give your bill online. My bill is due every month on the 15th and here it is the 6th and I have no idea how much my bill is. Just venting, ignore before flaming me. 😕 😕

If your phone is capable of receiving text messages try this.

Type in *225# just like you were entering a phone number then hit send. It will send a text message (it's free) to your phone. It will list:
Current balance
Due Date
Last payment Received amount
Last payment received on date

Thanks for your reply. Your suggestion gave me the same info that the website gives me. balance 0. I know that my bill date ends on the 23rd here it is the 6th and I dont know how much my bill is. But I do know that it will be due on the 15th. 🤣 I got my bill faster when I received paper. I guess i should go back to paper 🙄 🙄

Wierd. 😳

I setup my account to email me when my bill is viewable online. That happens around the 18/20th of the month with the bill being due around the 2nd of the next month.

Say for example I got the email around April 20th and the bill is due May 2nd.

I still get a paper bill just to have a paper trail. If companies would offer a reduction on monthly bills when you opt out of paper bills then I might go paperless entirely 😁
