is anyone else having problems with telegence today...my coworker can not log onto her computer cause telegence was not logging on. she logged of her system and now it says that her account is disabled call system administrator. so anyone else having this problem?????? she needs help she wants to use her computer

Telegence and Clarify crashed today. Thank god I had training and a meeting all morning cuz they fixed it while I was off the phones. They said there are reports from every call center in the country that they went down though.
