Why does all these people sit and complain about cingular and say o i have u beat i have had them for 10 years hahaha an they suck well why are u still with them why don't u go to verizon and see how u like there customer service and well yes there service is good but guess what they have been adding on to there network for how long and look at cingular they have jus as good or even better service and they haven't been even close working as long on there GSM/UMTS network. The reason why u guys bitch and moan about cingular is becuz they will not give u free minutes or free phones unless u deserve it no company will do that beleive it or not the company has to make money to jus cuz we do not give every thing away doesn't mean we suck serious...

Reality check for you. I have had their service for 10 years, and JOKINGLY I said their service sucked. It works great for me. You don't seriously think I, or anyone would stay with a company for 10 years if their service actually sucked do you? Just a little common sense will get you many places in life.
