Do I have to pay full price for a BB Pearl on Cinguar w/o new contract?

Just got a new phone/contract this past August. Is there anyway to get a new bb pearl from cingular? Should I buy somewhere else? Cancel contract? Suck it up?

If you buy from cingular you WILL pay retail price. You may want to look on ebay or try and find a used device somewhere else.
