I recently tried to add a new line and get a blackberry curve. I was told the phone would cost me $199 with a $100 rebate. However, if I was opening a new account the phone would be free. Either way I have to sign a two year agreement so why the difference? It seems like ATT is punishing customers for being loyal.

I am very very shock, i started to work on att the last month im from CS a third party, i also worked for sprint like a year on CS too.

When i start to took calls on att, i was very very sorp that, ALL CUSTOMER FROM ATT ARE HAPPY WITH TE COMPANY i mean , when i have to explain charge they understand all the charges they are agree with the use for internet roaming, txt msg, they acepted this charge, well of course there are exceptions, but im gonna put an example , for 30 calls that i take, only 2 are from overcharging, and from that 2, only 1 is disagree with the charges or NO REMEMBER if they made the accces,


BUUUT, WHEN I WAS ON SPRINT FROM 30 CALLS 25 WAS FOR BILLING, AND ALL THE CUSTOMER SAY THAT THEY WANT TO CANCEL, I DONT KNOW...

Anyone know how good this phone is? ATT is trying to get us to switch our business account from Sprint and I like this phone.

I have a couple issues that I need to get resolved, and I'm hoping some of you knowledgeable peeps can help me 😁

I have 3 lines of service on my family plan. The main number, mine, had an upgrade in April to the Blackberry Curve. I returned it 2 weeks later because the speaker went out, and at that time the price had changed and I didn't want to pay the higher price, so I just reactivated my old phone. They couldn't tell what my contract end date was before I did this upgrade, so they just made that line out of contract. Fair enough, no problems there. The upgrade date still shows Jan 2010 which is the upgrade date from the Curve and customer service can't seem to get it corrected. So, that line is showing out of contract but n...

How much are you sales reps making a year, just wondering..?? Working in a call center and all..well...money isnt exactly fantastic, we'll say that. LoL. My fiance just got promoted to a supervisor though and makes over 30k a year now..

But just wondering.. I know ATT inside and out, and just wondering how much all you sales reps out there are making... And is there hourly + commission? Or just commission?

Is possible to go back into the 3g iphone and look length of call on previous in and out bound calls? Thanks

Does anyone have any idea when they got rid of the Unlimited Data Connect plan and replaced it with a 50 MB plan?! Normally when I activate this card, it will automatically pull up the right rate plan for it. WELL it didnt, so I had to call into CAS and the guy kept saying that got rid of the rate plan at least a week ago. WELL another employee where I work at said he had to same issue about not being able to add it at first either, called into CAS and boom! added it right away. So i told the customer service guy and he said WELL thats how it works, here one day, gone the next. SO I called CAS and they put it on the account for me. That made me so aggravated. Does anyone know if at&t will be getting any new nokia phones? I would prefer a flip phone, but anything decent will be great. It seems that they have nothing but some old nokia's and nothing seems to be on the horizon.

I am thinking about getting a HTC touch Enhanced P3452 which is not a recognized phone for cingular networks and want to make sure that it will work on my at&t serviceif I buy it. where should I go to get unlock codes for a variety of different phones.

Anyone know how correct the coverage map is on ATT website? Every other carrier says low signal at my house but ATT says that it has best coverage at my address. Verizon is even waiving my ETF because they cannot provide me with good signal. I am just afraid that I switch over and have no signal with ATT as well. I know about 30 day test period but if anyone has any idea please let me know.


FYI My zip is 48363 anyone else live near there or been around there? If so please let me know how your signal was.

I been checking out the forums and phonescoop about at&t, and wanted to say im happy. 😁 i came from t-mobile.. which i been with for about 4 years now, i was really hesitant switching to at&t because people say how they suck and all. t-mobile had some good reps and rude, stupid, etc.. reps there plans were cheap, but signal just sucked. the reason why i stayed with them so long is because the price. After coming to at&t all i could say is wow!! i had signal everywhere i went, and.. and top of that, i got signal i thought never existed. I've been buying my phones unlocked for quite some time. Is there a big difference on buying BB Bold unlocked? if so, what are those differences?
BTW, This would be my first BB, so I'm somwhat new to this.

We currently have a business plan with sprint.

We get 6000 Minutes, Unlimited nights and weekends at 7, and unlimited text. We have 7 total lines including the main line.

Can someone tell me what that would cost at ATT? We are considering ATT and Verizon.

Personally, I am very, very eXcited about this device, I like the VGA screen, Touch Flo 3D, 5-row keyboard, 7.2 HSDPA, and HSUPA, that's exciting, hopefully it'll fit in the same case that I bought from Pocket Solutions for my N95. I wonder how much it will be on ebay so I don't get forced into that stupid Smart Phone data plan, that way if I buy it on ebay I can continue to pay $15/mo for unlimited MediaNet. Knowing me, I'll probably use my tax refund to buy it at the end of February.

Before I get rude replies, please know that I AM an at&t customer, and proud to be one. Nevertheless, I must ask this question: at&t's Windows Mobile phones don't have Windows Live. Why is that?
