I don't know if everyone knows this but if you buy the MDA or SDA and add the 29.99 internet plan it DOES NOT have text messaging included! You will have to add a bundle to it. And e-mails count as an sms so your best bet is to add the unlimited messaging for 14.99. I think alot of reps have misunderstood the plan because the employee plan includes unlimited messaging

Alot of reps and managers did not know this in my market. We were even told at our market meeting that it included 300. One of the other managers realized even that was wrong.
