Anyone know when T-Mobile usually changes their plans and also any idea what new phones are coming?

Most new plan offers are around Thanksgivving and Christmans season (that I have noticed, don't quote me on it). Phone offers haven't really followed any pattern I can tell other than most being offered in the Spring.
