Hi, i have t-mobile and my contract is up (1 year) however ive had it now for 1 year 3 months.. i want to switch to nextel with my number.. is there a cancelation fee?

Also, my friend had t-mobile for less than 2 months, he also wants to switch carriers and numbers.. will there be a cancellation fee.

PS. none of us use prepay .. (if that helps)

I know the E315 and the P735 are scheduled to be released for T-Mobile. I'm pretty sure I heard the E315 will be out in September. Does anyone know when the P735 will be out? I really want one of them and just wanted an idea of how soon these will be available.

My new T-Mobile phone doesn't get strong signals in office. It has been activated for about a week. I heard that the $200 fee is waived for cancellation within 14 days from activation. But that day a T-Mobile representative I called also mentioned that the total usage time needs to be less than 30 minutes. I used much more minutes than that. Do I need to pay the $200 fee?

does anyone know how the service in louisville is? i am on verizon and i love the service but i like the data services of tmobile better. the only service out of louisville that matters 2 me is having service in most eastern major cities.

T-Mobile has launched about 6 new phones within the last 2-3 months. Not bad!! And I thought they were getting behind. And they aren't stopping the before christmas they are going to launch( if I am not wrong) 4 more phones!!! Wich one of them is the highly anticipated Sidekick 2! And some others.
And besides phones they have added 15% more cell sites across the U.S. I know doesn't seem like alot but at least they are making an effort and realize that they need more coverage. Well keep it coming T-Mobile!! 😁

I have the samsung 415 now, but I want to know if I can add another number to my account. So I can get the Sidekick 2(when it comes out) to use for e-mail,internet,im's,etc.... And have the Samsung 415 to use for calls... Or should I just get the sidekick 2 and leave to 415. And use the sidekick 2 for calls,im's, e-mails,etc... Or should I not get the sidekick 2 and stay with the Samsung 415 phone??? HELP!!!!

Anyone out there who works for either circuit city or t-mobile know why they are parting ways? It is supposed to be final September 6th or 7th. Much Drama, if you are out there, being a fellow circuit city employee, i wanted to see if you had any insights to this. Anyone who might know, feel free to explain why, if you know, or just add your thoughts about this situation.

Spoke with a customer today who claims she got a promotional deal through T-Mo that sounds a bit strange. She is coming in tomorrow to see if she actually can get what the rep told her she can. Here's what he told her, verified by a "customer call" from me:

1000 Whenever minutes, unlimited M2M, unlimited nights and weekends, $60 activation, free phone and $150 bill limit. $39.99 a month

This doesn't sound like any T-Mo plan I have EVER heard of. Am I right to smell a rat here?

I moved from California to Nevada. I want to stay with T-M but prefer to have a local number.

I called T-M and a csr informedme I can changed my number but they do not offer a referral service from the 'old' number.

Is there a way around this. Other than just keeping my current number? Does it make sense to open a second account and keep both going? Or maybe the csr was incorrect and their is a way to remote forward or refer to my new number?

I recently heard that T-mobile is doing something, (I guess some type of come back) to the Cingular/ATT merger, that is going to bring them up the competitive level of VZW and Cingular, Can somebody tell me what this is? What's T-Mobile hiding under the sleeve??? Is it some type of network roll out? or is it the plans? or is it... I wanna know!

I know Cingular has decided to pull the 600 because of its problems. Does T-Mobile have any plans to do the same? I was considering buying the 600 and signing with T-mobile. Please reply. Thanks
