Samsung SCH-i600 / SP-i600

Hi. anyone has any link to any webby for msn messenger and applications that are free for samsung i600. Can't really seem to find anything usable

I have been using the Samsung i330 for a few years. I love the Palm address book where I can keep names, company, title, mailing address, multiple phone numbers and other notes about my contacts. Does the MS software off this same type of detail with it's contacts? If not, I might lean to stay with a Palm software phone versus MS.

Any help from current users would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know if the "notes" part of oulook contacts syncs too?

I just ordered my i600 from Verizon and now awaiting its arrival. One of the things I want to do is install an Bluetooth SDIO card to allow me to connect to my Acura TL's internal Bluetooth network as well as use a Bluetooth headset.

My question is which cards are compatible. I see a number of Palm Bluetooth SDIO card on eBay as well Toshiba-branded cards.

Will any and all of these work? Any one better than the other?

All I was wondering if theres a site that has free programs and games for the sprint samsung i600 there is one for the i500 I need one for the i600.

my old Sanyo 8200 worked great as a usb modem, so I ordered a sammy data usb cable.

Any idea where I can find drivers for the i600 to use it as a usb modem?

And here's just a thought... why wouldn't my existing usb sync cradle work as a data cable, too? XP automatically picked it up as a Pocket PC, not a modem, so is it even possible to use the i600 as a modem?

Great phone, few issues, Questions:
1. Is the Location Based Service a GPS reciever?
2. Will it have an application to allow me to see where my phone is if it's lost?
3. Will ther be an application to see where I'm at on a map?

Even on 2003 Windows Operating System, the external Caller Id will not work, just got this info from Samsung Rep.

How does the i600 work AFTER u have upgrade to the new 2003 windows software?

I have had my phone now for about a week, and love it. with my 1gig sd card, full web browser -:submitted this from the actual phone:- and media player for mp3, Im happy. but does anyone know how to get the windows media to play video files? I am thinking about getting this phone for the easy hookup and reminders from outlook. I don't care about email. This phone rates poorly versus other phones. Are the poor ratings due to the early problems that users had with the phonne? Does the reception vary much from your previous phones? How many lockups do you have? Would you buy it again at $400 + ?

Is there a trick to get my i600 to recognize my laptop via infrared? I know my laptop is fine as I sync wireless with my palm. However, when I try the i600, I get nothing.....

Also, I tried using Puma Tech's Intelisync to sync with Lotus Notes but come up with an "NSD" error. Has anyone else seen this problem? Any suggestions?

Overall, I am very disappointed in the I600. Hopefully, there is something better out there coming to a wireless carrier soon!!

I spent about an hour on the phone today with Sprint trying to find out if this phone was available. Mostly I was told I had the "wrong" model number and the one I "wanted" was the i500. The only person who seemed to even know this phone existed was a voice in the background background saying the relase has been delayed to November.

Has anyone actually PURCHASED this phone for use on the Sprint network???

Can you install a programs on this pda files..

Can you sync via infrared? For example from the phone to a laptop's IR port?

How do I erase all data- selling phone?

ok, curious. what plans do you guys have? I have heard you need to get the data plan/National Access on top of your regular 'voice' plan. Do you need to get the $44.99 plan/unlimited? Can't u just use your standard America's Choice plan to access the internet, etc...?

Can anyone tell me if Windows Media Player will play an mp3 through the headset jack in stereo?

The reason I ask is that I am thinking of getting one and I would like to install an auxilary input in my car such that I could plug a cable from my phone into my stereo and have it play on my car's speakers. I have everything figured out, I just am wondering if it will play mono or stereo.
