DOES ANYONE STIL REMEMBER THE PASSWORD TA MAKE THE RINGERS LOUDER, I KNOW THIS MIGHT SOUND DUMB BECAUSE IT WAS HER BEFOR, BUT I FORGOT IT, AND KNOW I CANT FIND IT, DOES ANYONE STILL HAVE IT! THANKS 😎

When I try to use the flash the whole pic comes out white! This happens with light and no light in the room. Anyone else had this problem or know a solution??? Thanks

Have had the phone now for about a week - it's a keeper. I had a Moto V60 and this is definitely an upgrade. All the things said by the user eviewers are pretty right on...so I wont add to it. The only nagging issues I am having with the phone (and these are extremely minor for me) are:
- the outer display is too dark - have to press the light to see it half the time.
- if you have multiple phone numbers for a given contact, you cant assign separate speed dial numbers to each one (unless you create a separate contact for the number....)
- the Mobile Web navigation (Verizon) is clunky. Maybe this is not related to the phone itself (I didnt have it on my V60), but I get frustrated trying to nav around using this phone. Does anyone know ...

I have a670..like it, but some thing annoy...hard to read external screen withough holding side button...like fact the 4400 has clear, simple, always visible LCD...like tri-mode of 4400...don't really need camera, any thoughts....really mainly want best possible RF...like voice dialing of a670, but LG has it (yes with programming) but it seems to work fine? Thoughts????

Well, I tried to send myself some ring tones through vzwpix, but it just never seems to work!

I followed all the steps posted in previous threads, but whenever I press send, I always get a message on my phone to 'Go to http://www.vzwpix.com/something to retrieve your picture message'

I want to download it on my phone! Help? 🙂

i just returned a A530 i picked up a week ago -
mostly because the outside LCD isn't readable
at all when it's not lit up. Never realized
how much i used it (to check time, don't wear
a watch anymore) since the A530 was to replace
my vx4400. The VX4400 is readable w/o turning
on the backlight.

So is the A670 better than the A530 in this
regard or the same?

OK, so I gave this phone a not so raving review when I first got it. After using the phone for a couple of weeks, I decided not to trade it in for the VX7000. This is mainly due to the amazing voice feature. I never used the voice features on cellphones before because they were really more trouble than they were worth. But on this phone, I find it quite handy, and I'm not willing to give it up. Another great thing about this phone is its size and its design, not to mention its price. For those of you thinking of getting the VX7000, here is my advice: get the a670 on a one years contract and wait a year to get the VX8000. By that time the VX8000 will have dropped in price and the EV-DO will be up and running.

JUST GOT MY 670 YESTERDAY..

ON THE INSIDE DISPLAY.. NEAR THE BOTTOM THERE IS A BANNER TYPE THING WHICH SHOWS THE TIME AND DAY BUT ALSO 'VERIZON WIRELESS'. THE 2 THINGS ALTERNATE ON THAT LITTLE BANNER IS THERE ANYWAY TO JUST HAVE ONE THING BEING SHOWN ON THAT BANNER?

Does this phone support ringtones that are the actual song (with the words) like the LG VX6000? If so, how can I do this? Thanks!

I just switched from Sprint, and I know with them you can use the voice dialing feature for a monthly fee.

Is it the same with Verizon, or is it just a phone feature that you can use for free?

Why is it that this phone is black in phonescoop, and grey on VZW website????

why wouldnt they upgrade the polyphonic ringtones to at least 32 chords if not 40 instead of leaving it at 16?!?!? Thats the same as the a530!! I was thinking about getting this phone but this is a big let down for me because thats the one thing i dont like about the a530 is the ringtones quality compared to some of the other phones i have seen. Just my opinion, any opinions or reasons why they didnt upgrade it?

First let me thank the posters on this site. I have never really followed cell phones and latest cell technologies in the past but this time around when it came time to upgrade I decided to do my homework. Reading what posters on this site had to say (including the release date!) was very helpful.

I was interested in purchasing a Samsung after hearing from my best friend and the sales rep at Verizon store that it was the best brand. I wanted to buy the A530 but it was being retired.

I bought the Samsung A670 in Manhattan on Tuesday. It wasnt even on the sales floor yet but upon asking they had it in the back for sale. $199.99 with $70 rebate.
