I know people have already asked but how do you send pix to other phones? I put in my friends phone # and sent a pic, it said "successfully sent", but the details said "not delivered" What am I doing wrong, I'm sure its something simple. Also, for ringtones do you have to send them through the vzwpix.com or can you send them straight to your phone. Any free ringtones sites? Thanks

Has anyone had any luck in permanently removing the little rubber for the 2.5 headset jack? I tried to pull, but it seems like it will break off instead of coming out? Just seems anoying to open it every time to put in headset?

I was wondering if anyone can help me silence incoming voice message alarm. Even when I set my incoming calls to silent, if someone leaves a message, I will still get a ringing tone.

I actually looked at the message with the pic and saw that I could scroll to the sound file (just go this phone, still learning how to use it) and the song was there, it plays and I saved it. 🙂

Now my problem is, it doesnt play the whole song, it stops playing after 6 seconds, when there is at least a good 20 seconds of the song. ☹️

Any ideas on how to fix this??

Is there any way to set the phone to automatically go to the voice command menu when you open it?

Is there any way to brighten the front display? It is too dim and the contrast doesn't really do much for the background.

Me again, I just realized that the preview is 6 seconds but it actually does play the whole song...yay. =)

I've been reading this forum and how to send a midi file to my phone, but no matter what I do, whenever I choose to save the sound, I get an error message that says "There is no sound!" I tried sending it from vzwpix.com, with and without an image attached. It saved the image just fine, but no sound...can anyone help me?? ☹️

I absolutely despise fancy ringtones. I don't need anything multiphonic or that resembles the latest rap/hip-hop tunes. I want my phone to beep a few times when I have a call, and to beep once when I have a voicemail.

So far, all I've been able to find are fairly long winded rings pre-loaded on this phone. Any hints on how I can just get a regular, boring, short, old school beep ring on this phone?

Has anyone noticed, or been told that the phone picks up a lot of background noise? I've left myself voicemails to check this and also ask everyone that I talk to. They all say that it's noisier than my last phone(LG VX-1).

A camera phone is a must for me but I tried the 6000 and the a610 also and they seem equally as noisy. Is this just a side effect of evolving phone technology? I would appreciate any insight!

Also, the mic on the VX-1 was possibly the best around, at least for verizon. I LOVE everything about the 670 except this. It's kind of a hang up for me.

Hi, I can't find this in manual....is there a way to change this alert sound?

A few interesting problems i've been having, which are really annoying me honestly. I bought this phone because I believed Samsung to be a good manufacturer, as they've always came out with realitively strong products.. the LG phone i swapped this for felt flimsy and breakable, this is like a rock (which i like, don't get me wrong). Here is my problems, compare?

Goto Menu > 7 (System Setup) > 2 (Display) > 2 (Animations) > 3 (Wallpaper) > 4 (Preloaded). Move to the butterfly.

Now watch it fly around. Make sure you don't have it plugged into the charger. After a moment it will become laggy.. the butterfly stops flying smooth.. the only way to make it fly again is do something to the phone (press end if you have it set as your backgroun...

I was so excited for this phone to come out and when I got it on the 8th, I loved the phone, but the more I played with it the more I didn't like it. My A530 had so many games and about 7 different ringtone apps to choose from, this one has 2 and Masttones whatever !Bad video, bad photos - the LX6000 took better photos. I really love Samsung phones but I have to say I'm not so happy anymore.
