What is the problem
What is up with VZW and new phones. They suck! that is what is up. With the amount of money I give/invest for my service to this company, you would think they could get their act together when it comes to new phones. Come on Verizon! Get it together or lower your rates until you do! Yea I know - Go to other company if I'm not happy, but I also don't want to pay 200 bucks for that freedom.

Well... it has been a few days and I have given this subject line some more thought. I still think the problem is the same. VZW sucks when it comes to new phones. It is sad that such and stong company can be so bad in one area. I guess marketing really does work. CAN YOU HEAR US NOW VZW? You are not doing a good job in this area!
