I haven't seen any answers to this question yet, but is there a way to force the phone into digial mode?

yeah, there is, can't remember if its doable from the normal menu of if you have to access the programming menu, I'm out of th ekiosk so I'll hand this one off, but I know fo ra fact that it can be done cause I stumbled across it...

The only thing I see in the normal menu is under Settings > Network Info, there is Analog Only Off/On, no Digital Only
