I heard may 24 and june 1 as dates so while it may happen may 21, it might also happen a few days after that but soy-ten-lee no later than early june

I stopped by asking about the v710, and said it would be the first week of june and that he doesnt expect the price to be any higher than the camera phones they have going now. I prodded him about verizon always changing release dates and testing taking longer than expected, and he replied by saying that testing is done, the phone is good to go beg of june. i dunno, but he's the only guy i've talked to about this that actually had specifics and was sure about what he was saying...take it for what it is i guess!

as from my previous posts, the phone will b released somewhere between may 21 and june 1. Ecko is right in that its ready to ship.Its on cellbrite and its on infomanager as soon, so adding it all up, its SOON. PS- theres a very good chance that the 670,9900,7000 will b here very soon too as thyere all supposed to b released june 1. Perhaps as early as may 31 (date I heard from radio shack pal of mine for the 670). Time will tell but its down to the nitty gritty!!!!!!!

It seems that people are getting the May 21st date from Motorola and not Verizon. What I'm wondering is if the 21st is just when Motorola is shipping it to VZW or just when they say it can be released. Do we know that VZW will be releasing it that day or not? I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has heard anything from VZW about a release date. I'd hate to think I'm getting my hopes up for nothing here. I guess nothing is set in stone, but I didn't know if anyone had heard anything from VZW about this.

I don't think I have ever been to a forum where one person spreads such venom and idiocy - his bragging would almost make me feel sorry for him if he did not pollute our conversations here so much.

I know I havent been seen on this forum yet. In fact, this is the first post on this web site. I have been regularly reading this site for a multitude of VZW phones. I also know that there are quite a few rumors floating around ALL the time. I am not asking you to take this as the truth. I am merely asking you to take this for what you feel it is worth because I am sure there are quite a few people who know "someone" in the biz.

An extremely close friend of mine is a senior sales rep for a VZW store in the NY Metro area. He just spoke to the Moto rep which visits his store. everyone raves about the voice dial being speaker independent, but what does this mean?

Is the external display background not allowed to be changed like the main screen background can?

I was in a store the other day and i put my name on a waitlist for the phone. The lady said they will be out in a month. Take it as you will but the list was pretty long.

Motorola seems to brag this feature up quite a bit, but I can't figure out how it is going to be very useful? Do you think it will really be easy to put the phone down somewhere and point the camera right so you can take a picture of yourself in a group or something? Maybe I'm missing something. I guess it's easy to implement in software, so why not.

Just a quick question to anybody who knows. There's all this talk about when the v710 will come out but is there any info on the v810?

isnt it funny, maybe strange, BUT all release dates on this forum and HOFO and others etc, re v710, 670,9900,7000 r June 1 (or there abouts). Everyone swears on ea of that respective thread, that June 1 is release date. Funny huh? Is there a .0001% chance that VZW actually will release half dozen of these new phones on same day?

On HoFo their is a person that has answered so many questions about this phone, the heading is V710 Speakerphone???, I am not that good with a computer to show the link, however I am sure you will find it. The mans name is Jameskk, all I can say is that he has answered anyones questions regarding the phone itself, not the release date. The guy is an amazing dude thats all I can say.
