Sharp TM100

does any1 have the infra red software for a TM100 of know were to download it?
and is there an option to delete all contacts at ones?

I've got a TM 100 phone.I can not remove (turn off) GPRS function of the phone.There is always a "G" symbol on the main screen.
Pls help me to do this.
I don't often online so, if anyone could help me..pls give instruction to my email. 🙂
